Monroe's Hot Chicken was born from a single obsession: recreating the crackling, fiery joy of Nashville hot chicken right here in the Arizona desert. Founder Monroe grew up in a family where spice was a love language — every meal a celebration of heat, texture, and soul.
Since opening in 2018, we've been hand-breading every piece, mixing our proprietary cayenne dry rub in small batches, and serving Phoenix the kind of food that makes you sweat and come back for more. No shortcuts. No freezers. Just fire.
